How does Pay per Lead work?

With Pay per Lead, you don't pay any monthly subscription fees. You only pay £50 for each quote request you receive through your profile. This is ideal if you want to start without fixed costs. You receive unlimited leads.

What counts as a lead?

A lead is a quote request that comes in through your profile on IT-Audit Directory. Each unique request counts as one lead, regardless of whether you accept or decline it.

What happens when my lead limit is reached?

This only applies to Starter and Pro subscriptions. Once your monthly limit is reached, your profile will be temporarily hidden in search results. Your profile page remains online, but the quote button will be disabled. Pay per Lead and Unlimited have no limit.

When are the lead counters reset?

On the 1st of each month, all counters are automatically reset to 0. Your profile then becomes fully visible again in all listings.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-term?

Yes, you can upgrade from Pay per Lead to a subscription at any time. When upgrading, the difference is calculated pro-rata. Downgrading is possible at the next billing period.

Is there a contract or notice period?

No, all subscriptions can be cancelled monthly. There is no long-term contract or notice period. Pay per Lead has no fixed costs at all — you only pay per received lead.
